Who We Are?
Rancho Customs Brokers was founded in 2013, however our story has been decades in the making. In September of 1989, my mother, who is both a fearless entrepreneur and a natural at sales and public relations, was given an opportunity to start her own business. With only $2,000.00 borrowed from her brother, she and her partner opened their very own logistics agency “Lourdes y Lupita.”

My mother’s outrageous commitment to always get the job done and her constant kindness became a trademark of the company. Clients were amazed at their unmatched customer service and their flawless follow up and thus, they began to grow. Over the next 22 years, one client led to another, and soon they found themselves bursting at the seems with lots of work and lots of happy clients, most of whom we like to call “produce people”.
They daily crossed truckload after truckload of anything from juicy watermelon to fresh herbs and flowers and everything in between. They became experts in produce and perishable goods, but grew to acquire extensive experience working with textiles, leather products, and even electronics. You name it, we’ve crossed it. I joined the company in April of 2011 and with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from the University of San Diego and a background in International Trade and Supply Chain Management. It was then that we decided to take the next step in the industry and become a Customs Brokerage. I was very blessed and fortunate to receive my Customs Brokers License in December of 2012 and as a team we decided to launch our Brokerage firm in February of 2013. With our years of experience and my passion to serve people, our future is looking bright and we have never been more excited to work with you.
